We offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Laundry and cleaning

Towels and bed linen are changed every two days. If you would like them changed more frequently, please contact reception.

Non-smoking rooms

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. If we find that you have smoked in your room, an additional cleaning charge will be applied.

Payments

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Postcard, Amex and debit cards. If you prefer to pay in cash, please do so at reception.

Room service is included in the room rate, but tips for the staff are always appreciated.

Luggage storage is available at reception.

Parking: we have free parking reserved for hotel guests.

Sewing kit on request

Our hotel provides a small sewing kit — needles, threads in various colours, pins, scissors and spare buttons — for minor alterations or temporary repairs. Should you need it during your stay, please contact our reception, who will be happy to provide the necessary items.

Shoe shine

For your comfort, a small cloth for polishing shoes is provided in your room. If you would like a more complete shoe-shine kit, please contact our reception.

Extra blanket

If you need an extra blanket for the night, please don't hesitate to contact our reception, who will provide one at no additional charge.

Adapters on request

Plug adapters are available at reception on request. If you need an adapter for your electrical devices (phone chargers, laptops, etc.), simply contact our reception.

Our reception is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm to assist you. Our staff is always happy to help you find restaurants (our restaurant & bistrot are closed on Sundays and Mondays), activities or services in the area.

We serve a continental breakfast every morning from 7:30 to 10:00 am. You can choose from a selection of breads, croissants, jams, yoghurts, cheeses, fruit juices and hot drinks.

The bar is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm, offering drinks and light snacks. Our restaurant also serves Italian, local and international dishes for lunch and dinner, by reservation.

Surveillance cameras are installed in the common areas (main entrance, reception, corridors and public spaces); recordings are kept for a limited time to protect your privacy.

The floors are equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. In the event of a fire, an alarm system is triggered automatically and emergency lights are provided. Please follow the safety instructions posted in your room and in the public areas.

Keep your valuables safe using the safe available in your room; we accept no liability for loss or theft. If you notice anything suspicious, please contact reception immediately. We are available 24 hours a day.

The rooms are equipped with heating for your comfort; the temperature is automatically set to 21 degrees.

A selection of local and international channels is available on the television in your room. Instructions for using the remote control are provided in the room.

We have prepared a list of tourist sites and local attractions to help you explore the area. You will find this list (QR code) at reception.
